Mumford & Sons have selected the picturesque Commons at Butler’s Barracks National Historic Site as a venue for their lone Canadian concert east of Alberta. This beautiful green field, bounded by century-old trees, was the marshalling ground for British and Canadian soldiers going back as far as the late 1700’s. Now the park is a crown jewel of the Niagara Region, in the middle of one of Ontario’s prettiest and most historic communities. As a service to the fans, thousands of parking spots inside the park, adjacent to the concert area, are being made available free of charge. On-site parking will be open at 3 p.m.
